Position summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to lead our visual storytelling and digital engagement. This dual-role position involves creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and designing graphics that align with the Institute’s brand and mission. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for communicating ideas in innovative, visually impactful ways. Thank you again for all your support!

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design

Create visually compelling content, including social media graphics, infographics, promotional materials, and marketing assets.

  • Community Engagement

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster engagement with our online community.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with different teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the Institute’s mission and vision.

  • Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Performance Analysis

Track and analyse key performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise content effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.

  • Experience with social media management tools and best practices for audience engagement.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and analytics.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
